Padco Financial Services, Inc., formerly Padco Lease Corp., is a family run Chicago based Investment banking firm which spun off of Padden & Company, Inc., a small municipal bond firm founded in 1963. We focus exclusively on installment contracts, or leases, as an investment vehicle.
We bring excellent cost of funds for the general Lessor/ Broker. We actively search purchase leases or portfolios for management and rediscounting to a select group of private investors.
We have been active with municipal leasing since 1981 and commercial leasing since 1992. We have funded and managed over $170 million of small ticket transactions for our investors. Our goal is to have quality inventory, of varying sizes and term, which will satisfy the growing demand of our clients. They rely on our credit decisions and we stand behind what we sell.
